Laser cutting of up to 2 x 6 meter sheet metal components from various materials including mild steel, aluminium, 3CR12, various steels and wear plates with thicknesses ranging from 0.9 up to 22mm are supplied to customers in various industries.

Our laser cutting manufacturing branch is situated in Pretoria, Gauteng with a selling branch in Blackheath, Cape Town. Deliveries throughout the Gauteng area occur on a daily basis. Deliveries to Durban, Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Polokwane and various other areas are done multiple times per week. We believe in continuous improvement, looking for gaps and new opportunities in the market we can pursue. One of the first opportunities we have identified is the need for bending which was added to our production process. If bending is required, we laser cut the parts required with a bending line marked on the profile after which it is send for bending. Tubecon Laser will be adding more sheet metal working processes in the near future.
